We were forwarded an email this week from one of our clients who was having to explain to another sign company why he chose us to help with his sign work. Here’s a excerpt:
“I can tell you this company came right out, I showed them what I wanted. The designer sent me mock ups in a week, made changes immediately over the phone and was quick in getting the numbers. She was unbelievable. I assume she was an owner?”
The “she” he is talking about is NOT an owner, but one of our Project Managers. We really appreciate the feedback and hope that all our Project Managers are mistaken for owners on every project they’re involved with.
